Highseal Manufacturing is an independent manufacturing facility based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. Part of the Fair Share Group which established in 2012 we offer a comprehensive range of PVC-u, aluminium products to include windows & doors, conservatories and roofing structures. In addition other home improvement products to the trade and domestic markets are available.
Established in 2012 Highseal has seen growth year-on-year to get us to where we are today. Working from our Scunthorpe base, Highseal has an increasing number of associate traders, installers and blue-chip clients nationally.
Most importantly Highseal is committed to quality and excellence. To help us achieve this we operate under both the CE Marking and BSI (BS 7412/ PAS 24) Kitemark accreditation which helps us meet the Approved Document Q requirements. .
Focused on our clients' needs we continuously strive to deliver a friendly but professional service. Our clients needs are always our priority. Sustainability is also important to us, so we invest in the development of our products to ensure alignment with current regulations and energy technologies.
Neil joined the window and door industry in 1986. Coming from a background in manufacturing, production and general management, Neil worked in all areas of the industry and decided to set up his own company in 1992. Great service and high quality have remained at the heart of Highseal. Neil firmly stands by the belief that diversity and originality will continue to enhance the Highseal brands.
Unfortunately Neil passed away 5th April 2019 but the company continues to trade for its loyal customers and hardworking staff. The legacy of Neil will remain through everyone’s memories and the successful business he has created today.
Sue has worked in the fenestration industry since the eighties. Dealing with estimating, order processing, customer services and accounts she has a handle on all things Highseal. Sue handles the day-to-day financial processes for Fair Share Group Ltd along with overseeing a highly effective customer service and after-sales service team. Sue was the Company Secretary and supported Neil in growing the business and its brands. As a result of Neil’s passing Sue is now the Managing Director of Highseal.
Like the rest of the family, Sue is a “person’s person” along with recognising the need for quality, attention to detail and fairness which she believes are synonymous with business development.
Holly, the daughter of Sue and Neil, commenced employment with the company officially in 2016. However she was introduced to the family business from an early age and supported her parents by helping in the office during school holidays. Holly studied BA (Hons) Degree in Business Management at the Open University in Hull and graduated in May 2018. Holly hopes that by shadowing her parents she will learn the Highseal business inside and out. She brings a unique loyalty to the business and has enviable drive in the pursuit of its success. Holly enjoys interacting with her colleagues and clients, and brings a sense of fun to the company.
Brian joined the team at Highseal in May 2021, after working in joinery for 15 years and then for another 15 years in the double-glazing industry, fitting, survey and then moving into management – giving him all the skills and knowledge he needed to join the team at Highseal as an Installation Manager and has now worked his way up to Operations Manager. Outside of work, Brian is a keen supporter of Leeds United. When not at the football ground, he enjoys playing pool and is in an individual league.
Christine started in the fenestration industry in 2003 and has 20 years of experience and knowledge to share with us all and our customers. Christine is a polite and friendly helping hand to discuss your quotes or orders with you in the office. She has gained her vast knowledge from working in the factory and the office over the years. On a day to day basis Christine deals with supplier orders, customers quotes and orders and answering the telephones. She brings a fun sense of humour to the company and is cherished by many.
